FAQ


Go to the Coverage Lookup page and provide the following details:

  • Where you received your service contract or coverage protection plan
  • Service contract or coverage protection plan number
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

Please Note: We reserve the right to ask additional questions before your claim is fully processed, and the processing of your claim is contingent upon the receipt of all required documentation and supporting information. Also, the amount of your reimbursement is contingent upon the terms of your coverage protection plan or service contract, your remaining coverage (if any) and the receipt of your all required documentation and supporting information.

Contact our Customer Support team by phone, (866) 359-5427, or email us through the online form on this page. In addition to the contract holder’s first and last, please make sure to provide the vehicle make, model and year, the full VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), and the vehicle mileage.

First, make sure to lookup your coverage details to make sure you’re eligible. Then, use the online tool to submit your claim.
Refer to the Key Protection page and follow the process for verifying coverage and submitting a claim for reimbursement. Make sure to read your coverage protection plan or service contract carefully to understand the dollar amount for which you are covered per occurrence.
Use the online Claims Status tool to check the status of your claim with your zip code and one of the following items:
  • Your Claim ID number
  • Your Phone Number (provided by you at the time of submission)
  • The Last 8 digits of the contract holder’s VIN
If you are a repair facility and choose this form of payment, you will receive a separate email with a single-use credit card number.
Once we’ve received all the required documentation and information requested, your claim will be reviewed, processed and a payment issued within 7 to 10 business days.
